Been playing around a bit this morning and made a little error.
On the Central Electronics module channel 0 it's possible to reset (remove) the keys for remote controlling the doors.
I used this without reading the comment and now, as you might have guessed, the keys don't remotely open or close the doors anymore. Ignition and the lot still works.
Channel 1 is available to relearn both keys but until now, no success.
I know the procedure with the VCDS, which is quite simple, but I don't have access to VCDS atm.
Anybody any clue on how to do this with OBD2?

^^You know that VCDS and OBDeleven are both using the OBD2 connection? OBD2 isn't a program just to let you know. If you know how to do it with VCDS then i see no problem. I have no problems with VCDS tutorials. I use them a lot.

Yes i'm aware of that. But I see no option in the OBDeleven app to reprogram/relearn both my keys with remote control. As said above the Channel is there to do the programming but it doesn't do anything. The VCDS programming for this is a bit different. I was just looking for someone who already might have done that kinda reprogramming through the OBDeleven app.
I looked up some stuff on how to reprogram (need only the remote control part) them without the app or VCDS but without any success yet. There are quite a few different procedures depending on the type and build year of the car. Have found one for the previous Beetle but that ain't working on mine.
