I bought pro plus dongle from the web site, all received and working, app is activated as pro. I have lost the bag that the dongle came in so I no longer have the activation key, if I need to reinstall the app or get a new phone how do I recover my activation key, is it stored in the app anywhere?

PRO version is activated to your OBDeleven account, so don't delete your account and you will have PRO after you login on your new phone.

I have just purchased the dongle with pro activation. I installed the app, enabled pro successfully with the activation code, but having paired my phone to the dongle successfully the app wouldn't connect. I was prompted to create an account which I did. I then activated the account via the email link and went out to try the dongle again. There was no flashing yellow light, only the red one. I unplugged the dongle, refitted it and the yellow light is now flashing. The app now connects and reads the vehicle info, but when I try and do anything it is prompting me to buy pro again. If I put in my activation code it says it is already used.
I've deleted my account, re-created it, uninstalled the app, re-installed, but every time it says the activation code is already used.
So.. I guess that originally I put in the code before I had created my account, and so the code is assigned to some invisible login that I can't access. How do I get my activation code reset so I can use it again?
Sorry, I have just realised I'm breaking rules by jumping on this thread, but for some reason I don't seem to have the ability to create a thread myself on this forum even though I've registered.

where do you get the code? i have paid but no email or anything? idk how to enter a code i didnt ever get.

Normal the code is written on bag where the dongle is inside

If you bought your PRO version in app and pay via Google wallet, PRO version must be activated automatically to your account and you don't need any codes.

MikelIz as admin said the activation code is linked to your account.
What normally happens in these cases is you have input the incorrect details for your account. By that I mean your email address is case sensitive so if you did it in upper case or the first letter in upper case you have to repeat that when you log in.
Afraid support will be off line as they are enjoying holiday but if you still cant get it working then drop them a line via the internal help function and they will advise upon there return.

I have just bought a obdeleven pro via Amazon I did not get an activation code or anything. I cannot get the dongle to to talk to the app or pair with my phone any suggestions before aug return it to Amazon and buy a different product.

In the same exact situation as you - literally no code included on box / bag at all with code from Amazon. I submit a ticket with support, hope they can help me
