chauverie :Arrrh........... you drink the good stuff - well done (life's too short!!)
So, the settings in your screenshot are OK - which means (I guess) that we need to look elsewhere. Is your car fitted with an anti-theft alarm - and more importantly, does it have a "sounder"/siren?

Hi again No my car has no alarm and for the siren i do not think so too but.... being a newbie in coding i add a part of my log if you can check. I had a second question if i can : it is about overtaking. Being french i drive on the right and so i want to know if the coding is the same for me that i saw on your post. in my menu i have: -overtaking assistance which is activated -overtaking right prevention activated to Thank you for your help Don.txt (1.3 KB)

chauverie OK -thanks for the snippet of the back-up data - definitely no siren because DWA_Einfachhorn_oder_Sounder= not installed.
I'm scratching my head -maybe post-up the complete central electrics module back-up data and I'll have a look at other, less obvious possibilities?
As for your question about the hex13 module - here in Australia we drive on the left side and the settings are also as you have posted. I just looked at auto-scans for MQB platform vehicles on the Ross-Tech forum and cars on both the European mainland (Greece, Poland, Norway) and UK have these software switches activated - so it appears that it doesn't matter which car-side the steering wheel is fitted.
What's your concern about these switches? - when overtaking a slower vehicle with ACC switched-on, if your car doesn't accelerate (without manual pedal push) until you're completely in the other lane and the front camera no longer sees the car in front of you- then it's due to overtaking right prevention being activated.

chauverie : try Signaux de retour: Optische Rueckmeldung Komfortschliessen > not active
And, I can't find Signaux de retour: Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-AUF-Befehl on your back-up file. Try searching for it within the central electrics module and make sure that it's set to not active

DonThis morning i tried your modification without success: it is always the same :the car honks when closing(once) and remains silent at the opening. The item :" Signaux de retour: Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-AUF-Befehl" does not exist at all in my module 09. I think we will have to give up ? If you think you can find a solution,i will take it, but i suppose that you have more "serious" problems than mine to resolve. in any case thank you for your kindness but i think i will come back to you shortly because i would like to install : "the ambient colors" i am enclosing you despite everything my very first backup of module 09 when i bought obd Elevenif you find : Quittierton bei zweitem ZV-AUF-Befehl09 Centrale electrique electronique avec er....txt (151.53 KB)
