I'm pretty new to this. I want to see and document all Gateway options and then replace it to a newer model. I can choose the Gateway (19) and it shows as Gateway K--Can 0001 6N0909901 but actually i was expecting something like 1K0 907 530 E ?Anyway, when i'm in the overview where i can see all control units I would expect to see a blue button which i can press to choose what control units are there and which aren't as i see in some ODBEleven Videos, but i do not have this button, it just isn't there. So how to replace and code?

delo123, when you connect to your vehicle you will have the scan button and to the bottom right is the menu (3 bars in a blue circle) select this and you will see all your current modules. From there you can see in the top right a colour button red means there are errors from the last scan, black means you have added it but it cant be found and green means good unit.
check out this video
Hope this helps

just to add to the above you can then (and the details of how are in the video) get the full gateway list, if you select one that is not already shown in your list it will almost certainly give you an error saying cant connect and the round number will be black.

That's what i mean, the blue circle / button is not showing like in the video. It's simply not there so i can't click it. Is it because the Gateway in a 2005 T5 is too old? This thing is driving me crazy. Battery of the car is empty all of the time and can't find a way to resolve
