Being new to the coding of a vehicle has been a journey thus far and a difficult one I must say as there is a lot of info out there, however not necessarily the info that I needed.
Just to clarify really quick before responding to the information, the reason I am in this is due to the long coding being completely wiped from Module 5F after a battery change. I was ignorant of what steps would be needed to change a battery in this particular vehicle, as it is my first VW!
So, after battery change long coding read as: 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 | Amongst errors where all of the functions of course had disappeared. After finding long coding for a similar vehicle, I was able to start figuring out what I needed to code or adapt to get this infotainment system back to its previous state.
Whilst waiting for a response to my thread, I continued to dig and use the history to correct coding if I made a "Bad" change. I subsequently have been able to get the drive mode back working by using the adaptations page.

Additionally, this same vein has allowed me to get the TPMS screen working and multiple other features working again.
What remains is the "Vehicle Status" screen on the infotainment screen, which currently states "Function not available". To be clear, the (MFD screen I believe?) instrument cluster screen does show me all of that relevant information. I unfortunately have been unable to find ANY kind of info as to what long coding or adaptations enable this function on the infotainment screen again. I would print out the modules admaps, however it does not appear that is a robust enough function like VCDS would allow through full scans.
If there is any info that I can provide to help in efforts of anyone to assist me, I do not mind. For now, I will provide this information below for reference and hope it helps:
