Good day. I own Golf VIII 2.0 TSI (190hp) with DQ381. I drove 30.000km ( from 0). So I know this car very well ( it's behavior, it's mood in different conditions, etc.) Usually DSG temperature is 50-55 when engine oil temperature 60-63. It was the same for me in -12 to +30 outside temperature (everyday everything was the same). Sometimes in traffic jams DSG temperature easily hits 97-100 (and I notices when it's 97-100 it's starts to jerks more). But usually I have DSG temperature around 92-93. Last week I was at dealer (service inspection). They told me clearly that they didn't update anything (because as they told me, all software were new). But after this inspection, DSG temperature changes a lot. For last week I never reached 97-100, it's maximum 91-92. And now, when I starts to drive, and car gets warm up, DSG temperature starts raising only when the engine oil is 80-85. I tried it in different conditions, different temperatures - nothing changed. What it can be? Maybe dealer update something, and service manager didn't known that? P.S I've never seen that DSG temperature below 50, and the engine oil already 82. (Usually DSG oil temperature is around 80 when engine oil 85, but now everything changed).

In my experience, DSG and oil temps are around 75-85 degrees when the car is heated up (outside temp ranges from -10 to 5). I would say costant temperatures around 60 degrees are not normal for both of them during the trips when the car is fully heated up. Example of mine (just had a trip of 40 km)
