Hi everyone

Does anyone know when or if the app will update to allow VIM on a 2018 spec SQ7? I've run the app twice now and both times it says it was successful but neither time has actually worked! I've asked for a refund but not overly bothered about the credits really it's more about getting it working.

Hi. Same problem. I have a Q7 2017 MMI version 1117. Got the obdeleven pro to remove the speed restriction to play back DVDs for kids. First I did not expect to have to buy credits after paying for the connector and pro version but I did and got 100 after having to get my sons fire tablet installed with google play apk files to allow the purchase. (Iphone not supported). Then I used the credits to only get sound working while driving.... Only then did I notice that in the obdeleven app it states that will not work on version 1116 or newer and then discovered I was on 1117:( sooooo frustrating and have emailed out to support for help but I am not holding my breath. It also seems there will be no work around for long coding as have searched the internet for this with no luck

Update from support on VIM for system with version 1117. At the moment there is no fix for that but they are working on it. I asked how to register to get informed when update is available and they state We will find the way somehow to report it. so fingers crossed

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
