I have few questions regarding the coding with OBD11 on the Golf 7 FL. 1. Is it better to activate/code rear lights with DRL using this method:
Select Control Unit 09 (Zentralelektrik) Anpassungen Leuchte23SL HLC10; Lichtfunktion C23 - Tagfahrlicht, Dimmwert CD23 - 127 Leuchte24SL HRA65; Lichtfunktion C24 - Tagfahrlicht, Dimmwert CD24 - 127
Or using this Scandinavian DRL method:
Select Control Unit 09 (Zentralelektrik) Anpassungen Wählen: Aussenlicht_Front Wählen: Tagfahrlicht-Dauerfahrlicht aktiviert zusätzlich Wert: Aktiv (orginal inactive)
?Are there any differences?
2. Is it possible to activate/code the option so that the opened windows close automatically when raining?
3. Is it possible to activate/code the option that the opened windows close after locking your car? I already have a option to long press key button to close the windows, but I would like to have the option to close windows automatically when locking the car.
Thank you for your help! 😁

Hello,
there is an obd11 application called "Lane assist wheel vibration".
What kind of menu should be displayed in the MIB2 after the coding and what are possible settings? Does anyone have a screenshot?
thx

Try this works on a Tiguan but Ive had the wheel hardly ever vibrate
Lane Assist Adjustments (Car must be fitted with Camera) Adjust the point in which the steering wheel will vibrate to indicate the vehicle is drifting out of the lane. Steering Wheel Vibration Select Control unit A5 (camera) Security access Enter unlock code 20103 Adaptation Select channel intensity steering wheel vibration Value adjust accordingly Default: medium options: early, middle, late
Shows up in the MIB but only as on or off for the setting you code it to.

OK, is already activated (standard equipment). The menu is called "Adaptive Guidance" and not "Steering Wheel Vibration". In addition, according to the description, there should be a visible alarm and an audible alarm. Can somebody say something about this ? I have the standard instrument cluster (analog pointer)

Hello everyone, I ask you for help in activating the perimeter burglar alarm (no volumetric), the one with the horn, by coding. Using OBD11 I came to make all the adaptations except the last line that we with MK7FL have to do since we find the Bytes at 0. I can't find this word and I can't activate it. I will tell you specifically what I did and what I miss:
Module 09 (Central Electrics)
- Section -> Anti-theft device: DWA Alarmverzoegerung-> Set -> Driver door contact thatcham (DONE) DWA Camper Modus-> Set -> Active (DONE) Ueberwachung Innenentriegelungshelbel-> Set -> Active (DONE) Akustischer Alarm Signalhorn-> Set -> Active (DONE)
- Section -> Acknowledgment Signals: Akustische Rueckmeldung global-> Set -> Active (DONE) Akustische Rueckmeldung Signalhorn-> Default Set -> Active (DONE)
-Missing part- Anti-Theft Device-anti-theft allarm system (NOT FIND IT)

Do you have a Screenshot about this? (On/Off Adjustment)

Here you are for both the wheel vibration and HORN CHIRP with lock (NOT ALARM chirp)
I made a mistake with the horn chirp You set it in the coding for both or on lock only or on unlock only. I have it lock only

Hi vwjap I tried to apply your adaptations. I managed to make the arrows flash but the horn doesn't work. But I received an error in the gateway module 19 then I put back the original adaptations but the error remains, I can't delete it. How can I delete it?

Don Seems to be don, maybe that’s the switch the person needs to change, I only posted it up so the guy could see theres a difference between old or new (and not just in his car) but haven’t looked into it because mine has a alarm

Took me a while, but finally figured it out. Used to be in a menu called access control 2, but it does not exsist on the facelift, everything has its own menu now. Mirror fold via remote control key lock key. Module 09 - Security Access 31347 Adaptation Submenu – Spiegelverstellung - Funk Spiegelanklappung Modus (Change to: By convenience operation via remote control key) Can you post the full instructions for this? I can’t seem to get it to work on my 7.5 R

Hi all, looking for some help. I was trying to activate this tweak As soon as I done it I got the yellow ! Sign on my dashboard. I reversed what I had done straight away but now I cannot get this light off on the dash? With a message on the screen saying ‘Error, Cornering light (AFS)’ Also when I scan for faults it’s saying no basic headlight settings? Can anyone help me with this? I changed everything back to original and I’ve checked this via the history but still with no joy

Has anybody had any success with suppressing the "Switch on dipped headlight beam!" message? It comes on far too early and won't go away without switching on the (unnecessary) lights. I've seen one suggested fix:
Central Electrics (09) Aussenlicht_uebergreifend Fahrlichtwarnung_Hinweis_Konfig Hinweis_in LDS-Stellung_Null_und_SL -> kein Hinweis
but OBDeleven doesn't find any of this text.
As a side issue, is there any way of reducing the sensitivity to approaching darkness. I have set the vehicle settings control to "Late" but it's still far too soon.

^^^^ I believe that the search function for Adaptation channels is case sensitive in OBD11 - I have no idea why this should be so (it isn't in VCDS, nor is it in VCP)!! Perhaps this is cn's problem? Don
PS: If my understanding is correct - perhaps someone from OBD11 can explain the logic for making search vectors case sensitive in their software (seems illogical to me - but I'm always willing to learn! )?

As obdeleven is on a tablet/phone when you start typing it normally puts a capital letter as the first letter, maybe something to do with that don? Or maybe just their search side of things or API just hasn’t got the finesse of the others

Hi all, does anyone know if it’s possible to display the speed limit (taken from the nav database) on the AID? I have standard discovery nav - not pro. When nav is on the screen it shows what the speed limit is, however is it possibly to have it displayed in the AID. I don’t have have the A5 camera for traffic sign recognition. I’m simply just looking for the speed limit from the Nav to be displayed
