hmm.......... so what appears to be happening here is that the car is complaining about the performance of the auto-transmission when the car is traveling at a speed of 126 km/h!! Is this normal driving behavior and does this car have a speed limit factory-set?

Thank you for your reply Don!
This car i think have its factory speed limit at 250km/h its just normal driving behaviour also when i am driving like 50Km/h sometimes this error pops up.
I have to say a while ago i got the gearbox and tcu replaced, but the gearbox is driving very smoothly and evreything operates normaly.

hmm.....OK - The problem with the P060700 error is that it's a catch-all fault - meaning that it has a multitude of different causes!
So, if this error appears, you need to make a number of other diagnostic observations to narrow-down the specific cause. Maybe read THIS to understand the way forward
