Car has rear sensors only (factory fitted) which only come with the acoustic feedback.
i was trying to enable the graphical feedback system on the MMI, instead of just having bleeps.

Will this coding still work if my one says "not installed" under the visual display for park assist? I only have two options, OPS display and not installed.

Yes indeed, I have coded this for an A1 with the same “acoustic only” rear parking sensors, changing it to OPS (Optical Parking System) simply displays what the sensors see in addition to sound.

Although the coding is accepted, sadly, I do not get a visual display on my MMI screen. Am I missing another stage?

Would either of you be able to provide some screenshots of your other long coding options and I can compare with mine and see if there’s something else missing?
Just that option was all that was required in the A1, however, must be something supplementary for the A3…

Was looking for the rear only coding to see the difference.

No. I don't have a front and rear camera or 360, only front and rear sensors, nothing else.

Ah okay - unfortunately I need the screenshot of rear only, as the front and rear has the visual aid on the MMI when manoeuvring. We are trying to ascertain the difference between the visual aid and acoustic only aid |

You have to code the rear OPS from 76 long coding

Try Aps rear only on gateway instead of Aps
Or you need to retrofit Front also and change module

It just seems weird to me that a car this expansive does not come standard with a visual OPS display.
I did not have one either, but managed to activate it with OBDApp's one-click-app.
