Good afternoon.
I just received my OBDeleven-NXT-PRO. Following the electronic manual I got to through the included QR code, I'm trying to create an account inside the application, but I keep getting "Could not sign up, please try again later".
I dont see any forum posts related to this, so am I doing something wrong? Kind of frustrating I can't even use this product until I make an app account.

Four hours later, still unable to make an account. Have not heard from customer service.

Having the exact same issue, immediately get "Error..something went wrong". VERY frustrated with no response from customer service either.

Had the exact same issue as well. "Error..something went wrong" and no response from chat or customer service. Will be returning the products as it is useless if I can't connect to it.

Yeah I cant believe there isn't some sort of backup method to be able to use the product. $120 brick right now. Everything is a money grab the more I look into this. Like what am I even paying for? Wishing I didn't lose my VCDS.

currently, there is an issue when people are trying to create a new account on an iOS or Android application. We are aware of this issue and working on the fix. The issue should be fixed within a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue was fixed. You should be able to create a new account via the OBDeleven application now.
