Hi Is it possible to have the fog lights come on when cornering? I have seen this on other cars. Would it affect the cornering function in the headlights that's already there ? There's an option for it in the app section but I would prefer to do it via adaptation if possible. Thanks in advance.

I assume from your words that you already have cornering lights operating on your car via lamps installed inside your headlight fittings. This means (I hope) that you already have the static cornering light function activated in the central electrics module. If you want the fog lights to participate in the cornering light function (meaning that the fog lights will illuminate the same as the cornering lamps in the headlights) then do this: On central electrics module - select adaptation
right-side fog - Leuchte13NL RB5 ONLY IF Lichtfunktion B is set to nicht aktiv, change to Abbiegelicht rechts
left-side fog - Leuchte12NL LB45
ONLY IF Lichtfunktion B is set to nicht aktiv, change to Abbiegelicht links
Use security code 31347 Don
PS: don't confuse the Leuchte-commands Abblendlicht and Abbiegelicht

Hi Don Thanks for the reply. I will check everything and try the method you have given me. Just to confirm.. the fog lights won't interfere with the headlight cornering function ? Cheers Wayne.

Wayne: "interface"? I often have problems with English words. English is my first language - but IMO, it's a doggerel and an imprecise language!! And it doesn't help that supposedly the same language is spoken around the world and we all call it "English" - but we use the words differently.
So, I'm not quite certain that I understand your meaning of the term (it's my fault - not yours). So, with the caveat that I'm forced to use "Strine" (look it up) -I'll attempt to explain in another way: MQB platform cars like your mk7.5 have only ONE cornering light function. Currently on your car, this function is applied to the 2 x lamps inside your left/right side headlight fittings. If you implement my suggestion, this same function will also be applied to the fog-lights (I hope). This should mean that when the cornering-light function is activated (i.e. the car's speed is low enough and the steering wheel angle is sufficient), both the headlight cornering lamp and the fog light on one car-side should operate in parallel - I hope But don't be concerned - this should be a very forgiving tweak! If my instructions go "pear-shape", simply revert the settings to their original values and the car will go back to it's "before" state!! Don

Hi Don Well I couldn't have asked for a better explanation than that. Thanks so much, I understand much better now. Cheers Wayne.
