Hello. After a few months heavily using OBDEleven with a VAG car, I tried the new app with my BMW 3 series. I run a full scan which found a few faults, but I couldn't find a way to know when those faults have been triggered, nor how many times they happened. That information is available for VAG cars. Is there a way to find those timestamps?

Happy to be proved wrong but drop support a line they can confirm

Like my colleague, I'm also unfamiliar with the new BMW app. However, the 2 x pieces of data that you seek are fairly basic to any error report, so I would have thought that the information would be provided by the app. Can you post-up a copy of the report (maybe a screen-shot)?

If you click on it, it will search in google for related info, but no timestamp. As you said, pretty basic info that should be somewhere here, but I cannot find it.

Well I just did a test on the VAG App using my Basic account (rather than my Ultimate one)

This is what i see after running a scan and as there is no ability to turn on Scan with Freeze Frame I suspect that's why on the BMW you only see the error and nothing else.

If you look in your VAG app, can you see the BMW history as my understanding is that currently there is no BMW History in the BMW App

In the VAG app I can see the BMW car under "Garage", but History or Control Units are empty for this car. I guess you are right...

Yes currently the only history of One Click apps of the BMW Group is in the VAG App, I just wondered if you could see the scans as well but it dont look like it.

Afraid like all OBD11 Developments we always get a partial delivery as can be seen by the fact that IOS Still does not have all the features that Android does.

Hopefully the BMW App will get some more upgrades and support the E Series sooner rather than later.
