Hi all! I also changed the dispaly view on my gti mk8 with the one from R but it doesnt have the gti logo inside like this one Is there any way to add it?  I also tried this app too active dispaly info logo but i just wasted my credits:(  |

Your gauge cluster software version is too low. No way to update software without replacing the cluster to a new revision. If you have pre 2022 model year golf this is why. 2022+ models got a new cluster with new software that allowed this

I have a '21 european model...thats too bad
Even if i upgrade to obdeleven pro and go through dashboard adaptation logo i still won't be able to add the gti logo?

I activated View 8 GTI on my cluster but speed don't display in middle only the gear selection.
What must be coded to be displayed the speed on the middle not the gear?

I also have that problem i only see in which gear i am and i can not change that. I think that will be te problem due my display is -->

I think so to, also i can not enable screen 9 (supposed to be R screen) as i don't even have it just screen 8 is the last one on the list and none of them work just screen 1.
I also wanted to activate option to see boost pressure and it fails to write when i try.
I did activate Torque and Power screens to show.

I've activated view 7 but there's no RPM I still like the view with RPM on the top bar, but I'm tired of it.
Any idea what's the middle circle view but with rpm for non-R/GTI cars ?

Hi, I have deactivated 7 and activated 9. All good now You can also do this by : Dashboard -> Adaptation -> View Activation -> It won't cost credits and also does not require SFD to be unlocked. |

Control Units -> 17 (Dashboard) -> Adaptation -> View Activation. Shows empty ? Never seen that before..

Are you sure you didnt select 'speed' from the on screen menu? You gotta select it using your steering wheel controls, when you're on this view, up or down on steering wheel arrow keys will provide alternative selections which you can choose 'gear', 'speed', 'no display', 'lap timer' etc. |

It can’t override the software limitation of the cluster. Newer software versions are not backwards compatible with older clusters on the Mk8 as far as I know. You would have to replace the whole cluster to AT LEAST revision B |

One option is to activate all views and see what you get. Then slowly, one by one disable them until you are left with the set you like. That's how I did it. Takes some time, but you can check out the whole offer.

Yes, I did the same.
Unfortunately I can confirm that on a Life 2020 TDI is not possible to show something different from gear on the GTD view.
The best view for my model is the default one with two gauges.
