Hi, guys! I am having this wierd problem where my account was deleted by customer support. I bought my obdeleven Pro approx 2 years ago on amazon directly from VoltasIT. I have been using my device regularly since then, but just recently I was unable to log in to my account. I tried forgot password, but received nor mail.
I contacted customer support who claims that I have been making "Fraudulent orders":
"We do have several claims about "Fraudulent purchases", whilst the packages are still in customs not being paid. Could you let us know if you're willing to pay the customs?"
I have tried to explain that I have never ordered anything from their store and that they must be mistaken. They say that the account who made these orders have a different email than I had on my account. I have asked them how this is logic and told them that they must be mistaken.
Now they won't respond at all... Anyone else experience this? It all seems completely absurd to me and is extremely frustrating, especially when they don't respond on my emails.

Tried live chat, but the same support guy closed it down,saying that I already receive support on this matter. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and I am unable to do service on my car... Thanks for the tip, though 😊
