I just purchased this product for my passat but when trying to connect i found that its already registered to someone else's email address. How can this be resolved.

If you are seeing it as sombody else because you are trying to reset the 6 digit pin code and the email address is not yours then contact support on SUPPORT@OBDELEVEN.COM or via the Help funtion in the app.
Make sure you tell them that you purchased it via Amazon and when they try and fob you off with talk to Amazon explain that as far as you know Amazon cant access OBD11 Servers to make any changes.
