Hi OBDeleven/ VoltasIT,
I Bought an OBDEleven device from Obdeleven.com (shipped by Amazon, received april.29) and find out that it has been used before already! The box arrived with the seal broken, no plastic wrapping, and quite dirty. The device we could see that it is not new as it comes with many signs of use.
When I connected to the App, and after bluetooth connection, it asks me for a 6-digit Pin. I've tried the typical 000000, 123456, 999999,... and the error continues. After clicking on the "Forgot password" option, I can even see a part of the previous users mail address (******@outlook.es), email that undoubtedly belonged to the last owner, who was from Spain. (see images)
So, the previous owner put on a password during the initial configuration and therefore I'm now also unable to log in and use an supposed new device OBDEleven.
I hope OBDeleven/ VoltasIT solve this problem quickly.
