Hello people,
Colleague of mine wanted to have n few things coded - mirrors folding over comfort closing, freeway light activate at 110 km/h and play lowering.... Have the codes also there, but I can not get into the long coding... he just does not show me.
Adapter pulled, plugged into my Golf 7 and bang, everything is there again.... Long coding selectable. Have coded at my Golf, at nem Golf 6 from colleagues and Audi A3 already x things....
But the A6 does not let me... Have now read n few things about it, but I'm really not smart...
Why is not shown to me with the Audi, can help me there?
Should the days in an A4 still take out the video lock while driving... Hope, I do not get the same problems...
Pro version of course available

you need to have the correct hardware to be able to get the options and menus you are after.

I have the right stuff for it after all. App (pro version) and the Obdeleven adapter. With my Golf and other vehicles it also works.

the correct hardware installed in the car - for example a per-facelift c6 cannot do a needle sweep the fact that your obdeleven works on the golf and not the a6 would suggest the a6 does not have the hardware required.
i hope you get sorted.

I can't even get to the point where I could have changed anything. In the Obdeleven app, the "long coding" function is not even displayed. This is the case with all other vehicles. Just not with this Audi.
Wanted is freeway lights, folding mirrors via the comfort closing... Is there another way to manage this?

what year is the car - it does look like this is not possible with this model.
if you have a look at the sticky post coding and adaptions - this will give you an idea of what hardware is coded into a module and how long coding should look

The year of manufacture is 2008, but it also works for others.

When you go to the control unit you want to make changes to go to Info and see what Protocol you have
If its KWP2000 or Similar then I expect you dont have long coding but you have
Adaptation Coding - This is the Equiv of Long coding on the older control units.
