I have a problem with my new device. It doesn't connect to the app. Everytime I try to connect, I get unknown a device on the app and connection is unsuccessful. I do not know how to connect, I tried pairing the device via Bluetooth, it does not show on the list of Bluetooth devices.

Same problem.
I have done: 1.Restart mobile phone 2.Enabled-disabled bluetooth 3.Engine off,engine on and the enging is running 4.With another phone 5.Unpair all devices
LED indicator is active,but Bluetooth can not find OBDeleven devices.

Same problem. OBDeleven sometimes appears as a device, but it is greyed out. On the odd occasions that the Bluetooth icon is blue, I now get a message that 'The device is not authorised'. Helpful... Can someone from OBDelelven please reply to this?

use the HELP feature on the app to contact customer support ,this is a user forum only so you will not get any help from them here .

Got same issue Just got a new iPhone 13 Pro And it won’t connect doesn’t show up in the bluetooth it like it’s not there , everything was fine on my old iPhone XS ??
