Hi All,
I've just installed a Westfalia towbar to my C7 AllRoad, along with a dedicated loom. My car wasn't trailer prepared so had to add in the pins to the CANBUS system as per the instructions.
I've done all the coding settings I can find for the trailer, and the car and trailer seem to act as they should (Rear parking sensors disable, air suspension detects trailer, trailer image shows up on dash etc & all trailer lights working)
However, I'm still getting an error on the Gateway (19) - Control Module Incorrectly Coded (U101400). I have updated the gateway list to tell it it's had a trailer hitch installed too. I clear this fault and it comes straight back, so it's definitely not happy with something.. I just can't find what! Any suggestions? Full details below, vin partial redacted.

Where abouts in the world are you? I coded my 2015 FL Allroad with the westfalia detachable towbar and dedicated loom, like you it wasn't prep'd. I have my coding written down somewhere, I will dig it out.
