Hello, I turned on this setting to see if the new menu did anything for me.
All of the sounds settings were grayed out and not working.
I turned the setting back to "Off" and the sounds settings returned, but I have no volume.
Is there another setting that was adjusted? How do I revert back to "null" instead of "On" or "Off"?

Hello, thank you for the app request. The app has been added. Regards. hmm...........I'm not sure and it could be just a coincidence, but there appears to be another example of the same problem HERE.
One-click Apps, leave absolutely no change records for users to understand how to unwind the alterations (which is why many of us don't use them) and in many cases these folk don't have PRO accounts, anyway - so, if the problems have resulted from the App, I'm not sure how these folk fix their MMI's.
In any event, if these 2 x examples are indeed connected to the same App - it might be prudent to remove the App and review its coding (helps future users - but doesn't do anything for those that have already used the App)

I figured it out, there are other options when longcoding in Multimedia.
I have B&O, so I was switch through the sound system options and found "External_MOST" to work. "Internal" and "Internal_Individual" did not work for me and there were several other "External" options.
Might be important to allow the other options show up instead of it being Yes or No for a multi option setting.

Hello,
I will improve this app. I will explain the rmbell3 situation. When he opens this app, he had to see the "original" value. Because he has "External_MOST" in original coding. The app, how you can see in the upper post, will changing codings for MMI without a sound amplifier. Problem is, that probably later "original" value disappears in app and he can't revert the app value. So there are two problems: need to improve the description and need to investigate about "original" value disapearing. Sorry for the inconvenience and write to support if you have some issues.

DO NOT USE this app if you have B&O sound system. This setting is only for standard sound system. Check before activation that byte 11 in module 5F has by default "Sound_System_internal".

Which setting is for me? I have a Audi A3 8V with the Audi Sound system with more speakers. So I don’t have the B&O and not the passiv normal Sound System. So what do i have to choose in byte 11?

I dont have amplifier. I have audi sound System in my Audi a3 8v sportback facelift 2017, and not b&o.

I changed the Byte_11_Sound_System for the value Sound_system_external_BOOST and it sounds great, but everytime I leave the car and go in again the sound its not so great even though the value um the long code remains the same. If i Access the long code and confirm the value again the sound becomes awesome again. But have to do it everytime I enter the car...
