Hi all,
I had some issues with my car and purchased the OBDeleven next gen with pro license. It already helped a lot for trouble shooting but i cannot get the final issues resolved. I want to do a forced DPF regeneration via basic settings, but when i enter basic settings i need to enter a channel number i do not see a list with functions. It is getting a little frustrating since all the guides and tips i find on the internet are referring to just selecting 'Service regeneration of particulate filter' from the list. How do i get this list in the OBDeleven app?
The car is an 2009 Audi A6 Allroad 3.0 TDI, engine code CDYC.
The problem is that it is in limp mode and displaying two fault codes: p2463 and p2002. After clearing the fault codes they come back within seconds. When starting the car these two faults appear within seconds after turning on ignition before starting the engine. Reading the soot level values give my 12 gram for measured and 44 gram for calculated. The 12 grams should be with in the allowed limits but the 44 is above the limit.
I had a broken DPF temperature sensor which is replaced and now working properly. To be sure i also replaced the exhaust differential pressure sensor. These two actions did not help in clearing the p2463 and p2002 codes or get it out of limp mode. I hope a force regeneration will solve my problems, would be great if somebody can help me out how to do that with OBDeleven.

Small update
Continued searching for a solution and found a reference to channel 226 for a force regeneration of the DPF. Tried the android app to enter 226 in basic settings channel after entering secure login with code 27971 and i was able to start DPF regeneration. After about 10 minutes it aborted showing error code 57 if i recall correctly. Soot levels where already decreased a bit. I needed a few more tries to start regen again which in the end worked. Again aborted within 10 minutes but soot levels are now further down and within allowable limits. Error codes are gone and car is out of limp mode.
Let's hope the car is soon picking up the normal regeneration while driving to keep soot levels within the limits.
One additional note on the IOS app; entering basic settings channel 226 did not work here. Seems that the behavior of basic settings in this app is different from the android app.

I am having the exact same issue. Bought it to do the regen but am now finding out that none of the channels are listed as they show online. I am only able to see any info at all on channel 11 and channel 220 makes it so I can't rev the engine at all but other than that the rest do nothing for me. I am on the IOS app myself. It sounds like you're on Android? I wonder why this is affecting us both, I was guessing that would be the reason.

Look inside The app, there are manuals written from people for some kind of problems.. You need only to translate it in English from German. "DPF REGENERATION IM STAND" IS THE NAME FOR THAT. I WROTE IT AND TESTED IT by my self.

normally a function not available means that the hardware is not there to do what you want. I would check you have the right channels etc and you car can do what you want it to do. the ross tech site is good for guidance - it is vcds but can be related to obdeleven. why are you trying a regen, did you get as code?

Michiel, I have exactly the same issue as you had but on my 2014 A6 Allroad 3.0. fault codes: p2463 and p2002 Poor acceleration I was unable to carry out a forced regen using the OBDEleven ver2 but a friend loaned me his TOPDON Artidiag800BT which worked at the time but 500 miles on, despite the the measured value being below 1grm, the calculated soot value has now gone above the 40grm threshold and lights are back. I've searched OBDEleven ver2 but can only find reference to "secure login with code 27971" I did find a program in Basic to carry out forced static regen but keep getting the same error as previously mentioned "(21)function cannot be performed" Where do I find found a reference to channel 226 for a force regeneration of the DPF?
Additionally, a6pro4f - I could not find any manuals/procedure in the app telling me how to proceed

I am having the same issue. Where are the channel functions even listed?
Anyway, when I go to channel 226 as mentioned here, I attempt to start the regen by swiping “slide to start” and immediately get a “failed” message at the bottom of my screen.
