Hello,
I recently purchased a next gen OBDeleven pro and am having issues connecting to it. I have an iPhone X with iOs 14.2 and the OBDeleven app is version 1.4.1. I have a 2018 VW Golf GTI S.
The steps I took are, plugged in the device (red blinking led comes on), turned the ignition on, and my iPhone cannot find the device under my bluetooth devices in settings or using the app when I press connect nothing ever pops up. I made sure I was not connected to any other Bluetooth device. I turned my Bluetooth on and off. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I closed the app and cleared the cache. I tried it with the car running, with the ignition off, with the ignition on but the engine off. I tried it on Wifi and tried using cellular data, Bluetooth is enabled on the app as well. I have Bluetooth enabled under my cars settings
Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how did you solve it? Any help would be great.

Same as me! I don’t know what is wrong but my main thought for the future is to do not buy ever again a device like this as they are not trustworthy in this company! I mailed many times explained all these problems I sent anything I have as proofs and still waiting for an answer! Contacted the dealer as well and they just passed me to Voltas and said that they have a great IT team! Didn’t see anything like this! I nice comment will be posted soon to their page due of the frustration I’ve got!!! Fully unhappy!!!
