Sorry dont know your car but on my Leon Valet Parking is under Control unit: 09 Central Electrics.
I have in the past activated it and nothing happened, I did some searches and from what I saw it was a feature on higher marque as it seems to also require extra hardware, based on this video.

Thanks for your replies, this is a video in spanish that you can see how it works, in the video explain that when you activate the valet parkin mode you can´t use the audio system, some functions in the touch screen and the settings.
If anyone know how to do it please share with the comunity
