I should point out that I am very happy for the non pro users that the one click app process has improved a great deal.
However for all us old guys who like to do it ourselves we still have a lot of bugs that have been out there for some time not fixed and whilst there are multiple releases they are all very light on fixing or improving the app.
Production support is still very poor
But on a positive note they are advertising for a new head of support
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Customer Support strategy Manage day-to-day operations of the team; communicate clear tasks, instructions and KPI Responsible for solving critical issues and cases with Customers Answer technical questions from B2B and B2C clients Create reports to update Heads of the Company Communicate with OBDeleven community of Facebook groups and forum moderators, analyse problems and suggestions of the application, one-click apps creation Support and maintain several business systems (Slack, Helpshift, OBDeleven dashboard, Jira and other if applicable) including audited security controls and configuration changes when needed Understand customers’ needs and business context to provide outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction
Silence on when / how they are going to support the new SFD process.
IOS and Android seem to be on a different development path, would be nice if they could both work the same and upgrades appeared in tandem.

dv52 (Australia) I am afraid my way of working would not fit it with Voltas culture and far to old for working anyway. I did a brief stint looking at there help desk but my lack of technical experience for retrofitting meant I could not help them enough to make it work for me. But they are also looking for a Product owner You will help us to: Build and maintain product vision as a whole Build, maintain and prioritize product backlog in version, epic and story level Evaluate and oversee development of a product Set product NFR’s and ensuring they are maintained Ensure that all parties expectations are reflected in a product, or otherwise managed Agile Scrum master which based on there performance so far is a Key Hire You will help us to: Ensure and implement the best Agile and project management practices Ensure an effective and comfortable environment for the development team Assess, monitor and improve team dynamics Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions Ensure that all needed parties are always aligned and informed Bulldoze any process obstacles that the development team may have
along with BA, DA And QA Engineer (another Key Hire imo).
