I have been having difficulty connecting my tablet to the dongle have spent 2 mornings trying and emailing support they only seem to respond quickly in early mornings, this morning I was told they have made changes and try again after a device update connected straight away now asking for a password, do I have to go back on line to request or can anyone confirm that is the numbers or the serial no.as I have read hinted at cheers...zPaul

The password is you Dongle 6 digit passcode you set up I suspect. If you are on android then have a read how to resend it here cupra280.co.uk/obd11.html#dongle_securityIf you are on IOS and have forgotten it (you can still use the android process if you have an android phone) but otherwise for some reason the IOS Team decided you have to talk to support to get the code.
