If OBDeleven correctly identifies your car then you have to accept it. It won't show not supported without a reason. You can still try to code it manually tho.

From my point of view everything is ok. Accept that not all OCA are working with every car. Buy PRO and you can code things by yourself

For mirror dip you need memory seats. If i'm right most of the electrical seats have this memory. If you don't have memory seats you can still activate the function but it won't work very well.
Instructions for mirror dip Audi A4 8K*: 1) Select ECU 52(Door electronics passenger side) 2) Coding 3) Byte 04 4) Activate Bit 2 and 3
*Only works when the mirror adjustment switch is set to the passenger side and when the reverse gear is engaged.
Do a backup before changing anything just to be safe.

^^^ Try this:
Mirror-dip on reverse gear (MY17 mk7 only)
Code Change Select Passenger Door Electronics Passenger Side module @ address hex52 Select coding Scroll down the list and select mirror_lowering_with_rear_gear (this is Byte 4, Bit 2). Change setting to active Select the next entry which is position_memory_with_rear_gear (this is Byte 4, Bit 3). Change setting to active
Adaptation Channel Change Select Central electrics module @ address hex09 Select Security access Enter the magic number 31347 Select adaptation Search for Spiegelverstellung Select Menuesteuerung Spiegelabsenkung and change setting to active (this places a software switch into the MENU screen for reverse mirror dip) Select Spiegelabsenkung bei Rueckwaertsfahrt and change to active
Make sure that the newly placed software switch in the MENU is ticked and that the mirror knob on the driver's door is pointing to the passenger side mirror (i.e. "L" for RHD and "R" for LHD)
As I have indicated in a number of previous posts, to have mirror dip on reverse operate correctly (100% of the time), your car needs to have a memory module installed in the mirror (the car uses the memory module to remember the X & Y coordinates of the original mirror position on return). This is how to find-out if the memory module is installed on your car:
