Hi everybody,
I bought my adapter early in 2016. I didn't have to use it for some time and switched my mobile in between. Unfortunately my PRO code was a sticker on the plastic bag the adapter was shipped. No invoice. "Of course" during a car clean up I threw the bag away not thinking about the code. As I understood the code is only valid with the account (email address) - so can I get the code sent to my address again?

If you've already used the code just login to that account and you're done. If not: Why would you buy PRO and don't use it then xD?

When I bought the adapter I had trouble using my email address login and used Twitter instead. I need to look how I'm logged in. If it's sticked to my mail address then it will be OK. Thanks

I would contact support via the app and see if they can help you. If you can confirm when and how you purchased it that would be the best but if not give them as much info so they can try and help you.
