I apologize if this has been asked many times. Finally getting around to using my obd11 again. Pretty sure I purchased the pro version and now asks for a code on my new phone. I also lost all the credits I had built up. Same email address so not sure what happened. Thank you in advance, JB

JB if its asking you for an activation code I suspect you have entered the wrong email address.
When you first logged on did it say dont recognise the email address

Thanks Cupra. I checked my other email address and it was not registered (plus I rarely use it). My guess is the free credits get purged after a year. Have they always used, "Email", based tracking? Guessing so - the code is a total mystery. I purchased this from Shopdap.com - a reputable vendor. Thanks

I have had 3 dongles with Pro Code, in the early days the pro code was on a plastic bag with the Dongle inside.
The last one I got (I bought it for somebody else) came in a box and the Pro Code was on the outside of the box. There was also a code for the credits that I got (xmas special deal).
If you have prrof of your purchase from Shopdap.com then I would contact the seller firstly to see if the can help if not then OBD11 Support via the app

Vendor just said refer to the original email address. There should not be another email address so I'm back to square one
