Hello. I emailed support about a missing activation code for the pro software. They asked for my receipt and once I provided it, they simply told me that the code should have been there and there is nothing they can do. My code was included NOWHERE in the box, and there was no "bag," just the box. I paid $57.99 for this dongle + software.
This is my second post here since support is refusing to help, I'm really not sure what to do other than reporting to BBB as a scam and requesting my money back through PayPal.
Any advice on what to do is welcome.. trying to repair the many bad sensors on this dang VW Touareg.

bellyslide, I can assure you its not a scam (as i have purchased two with no issues) however I can only suggest you go back to the support team and point out that they should be able to confirm the original activation code has not been used, disable it and provide you with a new one. If they do not do that then advise them that you will go back to paypal (who normally take the side of the buyer) and point out you did get the dongle but no code for the software and that OBD will not help you so want a refund for the software activation code / whole amount if you dont want to continue with OBD11.

I told them exactly this, they said "Sorry but I'm not able to help you. The activation code was glued inside the box or on the plastic bag if it were in the bag."
To which I reply, the box did not come in a bag and there was no code glued or printed anywhere. I attached a PDF of the receipt as well. I am not sure what their issue is, worst customer support I have ever received. I need to begin working on my vehicle. From my perspective this is a scam as they want me to purchase the software AGAIN. I already let them know I will be challenging the charges with Paypal and filing a Better Business Bureau report if they cannot either refund me or provide me with the product I paid for. I don't believe this to be an unreasonable request.
Anyone else having this issue? I'm giving them until tomorrow to reply, I seriously don't have time for this.

Update - they said they are unable help. I'll be taking it up with BBB and paypal.
BUYER BEWARE - if you want this device buy the software through the play store, not direct from obdeleven. They won't give you a code if yours is missing or doesn't work.

I have just purchased the OBD Eleven Pro dongle And Received the activation code but it didn't work. I never received the 200 credits that you get when you get the pro version. I wrote to Support But still Have yet to get a response..

If the code did not work then contact support directly, Not sure why so many people think they are due 200 credits but you are not.
My understanding is that last xmas they did a special offer but xmas only. They also give this to some video bloggers to advertize the product.
When you bought it did you see it listed that you get the 200 credits. If yes then contact support.
