I'd also love this feature, aka like what VCDS has for it's "Set Readiness" feature which runs the checks and walks you through what to do (eg: Put car in Park or Neutral, hold down brake, press throttle and hold rpm at 2200) to get the readiness checks done in the comfort of your driveway instead of going on a 60 mile drive and hoping they all get set.

Never used them but on my MQB Platform car if you look under control unit 01 you will see a readiness section that has the following test's Readness Monitoring status since erasing DTC memory Number of emission relevant DTC memory entries Malfunction indicator lamp Monitoring of ignition misfires Monitoring of fuel system Monitoring of entire system Catalytic converter monitoring Monitoring of catalytic converter at operating temperature Monitoring of tank ventilation system Monitoring of Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Monitoring of oxygen sensor Monitoring of oxygen sensor heater Monitoring of EGR and camshaft adjustment the only info I have on these test's is the works that DON dv52 (Australia) Provided many moons ago Readiness is a group of "parameters" (usually 8 x binary Bits) in the engine module which indicate the health of the car's emission systems. A state of 0 means "fail" and 1 means "passed". Whenever you bulk clear DTCs, ALL 8 x bits are set to the "fail" state - if your car doesn't have all 8 x emission test capabilities, those Bits will automatically be reset to 1.
