Hello all! Just received my PRO in the mail today, paired and entered my activation code and it says I have pro in the app but i never received my 200 credits. Anyone else having a issue???

If you purchased from OBD Eleven directly then contact support directly, if via a third party seller then contact them and they will give you the code you need to enter for the credits.

I just bought mine from Deutsche Autoparts (shopdap.com), and was told, when called there service number, that the 200 credits where a Christmas promotion.

Just a reminder all, if you bought it from somebody other than OBD Eleven then you should contact them in the first instance.

Credits promo was only for Christmas. I was 7 month ago.
