This should serve as a place for coding and adaptations that work on the Facelift 8V Models.
I will add the new ones that I figured out for DRL's Stay On and/or Dim with Turn Signals and Progressive Tail Light Turn Signal Blinking.

Is it possible to make front turn signal progressive like eu spec? or that's impossible since we don't have matrix led here in the US?

Just wondering what exactly does this do? Cause the FL 8V (US spec) has the progressive turn signals in rear + the smaller indicator. Would be cool if can get rid of the smaller indicator, so it mimics the euro style signals.

Any info on dimming the DRL (headlights off) when signaling?

I have a 3 month old A3 in Australia and that security code is not working for me in Central Electrics - 31347.
I have also tried 20113 and 20103.
Also - I can’t find the entry for the timing on the coming home and leaving courtesy lights - assume it might be in German and I can’t ID the words.

Also - I can’t find the entry for the timing on the coming home and leaving courtesy lights - assume it might be in German and I can’t ID the words. I've got it to work and accept the code. I flushed the cache in the app and maybe that helped. However, after reading a few other forums I suspect the real answer is to enter the security code (31347) in the security tab of that control unit before you attempt any changes. It accepted the code straight up and there were no issues with adjusting the comfort blinker. Adaptation Control unit: 09 Central Electrics Name: Aussenlicht_Blinker Values: Komfortblinken Blinkzyklen: Old value: 3 New value: 4 While I was there, I wanted to reduce the time the "coming home" lights stayed on after closing the driver's door. I finally (thanks to Google translate) worked out which item it was: Control unit: 09 Central Electrics Name: Aussenlicht_uebergreifend Values: Menueeinstellung Cominghome: Old value: 20 seconds New value: 10 seconds You can vary it by 10 second increments. ("Aussenlicht_uebergreifend" apparently means something like "Outside light General". Menueeinstellung just means menu listing or similar.)
