I would like to post a Warning to everyone using ODBEleven. They don't really care about their customers. Audi has made a change to their software which stops ODBEleven from enabling Video in Motion in their newer cars.. Even though the software knows the software version it doesn't stop the user enabling VIM, and using 100 coins. That's $13USD for nothing.
After the failed installed, I contact ODBSupport the response I got was
"Hello!
Unfortunately no, Sir. We warned about it in app description.
Kind Regards. "
After revisiting the VIM page it's true warning is not at highlighted and doesn't stand out at all from the rest of the description. It costs them NOTHING to refund these coins, but it seems they'd just prefer take the money.
Be wary working with ODBEleven. After spending over $150 with ODBEleven, Ross-Tech VCDS will be my tool of choice moving forward.

Woe I bet you have not read your license agreement either, sorry you have this issue but as with all software that is built to work on a third party applications (EG VW Group) these things happen. Just collect your 6 credits a day and in no time at all you will have the credits back.
All these changes are done at your own risk
I agree with inacho this is a good app for the money

inacho,
I appreciate your response and I'm not saying that your experience with them was bad, just that mine was.
Believe me, I understand that this change was with Audi, not ODBEleven but the fact is
ODBEleven knows the versions of the Audi software that it's apps working ODBEleven knows which versions of the Audi software is running on the connected car ODBEleven could easily stop a user with an incompatible car installing the app and wasting 100 coins.
I understand I was the one that pushed the button, and it was my fault. My issue is with the total lack of understanding from support. It's clear from the replies a received that they don't care about their customers thoughts.
Especially when resolving this issue would literally cost them nothing.
As per your suggestion of Long coding, as I understand it you can't long code Video In Motion. If I'm incorrect I would appreciate the info but after many months of working with ODBEleven I think that it's locked down and they force you to pay the 100coins for this programming. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Happy,
Again, thanks for your response. License agreements? I'm not talking about a legal requirement here, I'm talking about customer service or lack of it. There is a reason why companies like Amazon and Costco are the leaders retail.
The rest is in the post above
