Hello
I bought the device back in May 2016 and everything used to work perfectly. Did several things without an issue. I believe the device no longer works. While trying to connect it displays device not responding. Just to make sure, I unpaired and repaired my phone to the device and got the same result. Whats the best way to go through the warranty process if there is one? Since I am in the US will this take months to do? I am trying to do my DSG service within the next couple weeks.

I dont expect it would be in warranty as its over a year old but you can always contact support via the app and they can help.
Have you cleared your application and bluetooth cache on the android devise
When you plug in the dongle do you get flashing lights on it
Have you got the ability to hide bluetooth on your car settings if so turn it back to open and this has had an impact before.

Have you bought a used dongle? You can get support via the app.

Thank you everybody. Same thing happened to me (I bought it recently). I contacted support through the app and they “validated” the device immediately. I hope his helps

Having the same issue after connecting my device to a friends 2013 Jetta , now I have tried connecting to both of my vehicles and I’m getting a solid Red and Device not responding Msg , I was told by the help desk to contact the seller where I purchased it , now that’s was like 2yrs ago , what can they do beside telling you the warranty is up.

Who knows what they can and will do, the only way to find out is contact them and see what they say.
