Got a new OBD PRO dongle directly from the OBDEleven webstore.
- Installed dongle in car: ok - Installed obdeleven app: ok - Checked if BlueTooth is on: ok - Paired OBD with cell phone through BlueTooth: OK - Checked if Wifi and Mobile Data is on: ok - In app created an account: ok - In app: entered PRO code: ok - In app: entered credits code: ok - In app: entered car's VIN code: ok
- Then i hit the connect button and this starts turning. - Within 5 seconds i get the screen to create a 6-digit password. Green led is ON. - I enter 6 digit number + the same number for confirmation.
- The moment i hit the OK button i get the message: Connection lost!! (and green led goes out)
Tried about everything i could find to make the connection work, unpaired, re-paired, cleared cache, uninstalled app, re-installed app etc, etc, etc... no joy. Still stuck at the same problem, the moment i press the OK button on creating the 6 digit password, the connection is lost!
Now what?

Did you get asked espacially to create a 6 digit password or did it just ask for a password when you try to connect bluetoth? If its the first bluetoth connection it may will be 1234
When it is about the 6 digit please contact obd team via app and solve the problem

The first BlueTooth connection/pairing with 1234 is no problem.
It was asking for the "creation" of the 6-digit password. So i have to enter the password twice (once to enter and once to confirm). It's on creation (pressing the OK button) that the connection is lost.
The next time i try, it's the same, it's like there has never been a creation of the 6-digit password.
I did read about the 6-digit password problem but as far as i can see, it was always with people either having forgotten their password or upon the password after creation at first start. Here, it always is like i didn't have created it yet. I'll contact obd team if the problem persist.

Solved, could make a connection with my tablet without a problem. Cell phone still doesn't work but that doesn't matter, tablet is comfortable to work with compared to the smeel cell phone screen.
