Rear DRL seems a bit hit and miss on facelift cars some have them and some not. Mine came with them but I’ve coded them off to avoid confusion.

Just seen this on the Golf Sites Under Adaptations on the AWD module, I found a couple of interesting things: Adaption for Petrol, Adaptation for Diesel and Adaptation for Logic. The petrol and diesel ones seem to be to do with engagement engine speeds for each gear - didn't touch those! The Logic one caught my eye, and it has 3 settings: Standard, Increased Traction and Less Noise. I've turned it onto "Increased Traction" The above setting is for 4WD System and I presume this will also work on the 300ST models with 4WD The FWD Version can be found here obdeleven.proboards.com/thread/2410/adjust-settings, this is on the pre facelift but I think it should still work on newer cars Feedback is welcome.

Code (20103) 2 - Adaptation 3 - Select - speed p.asist activation. Beam 4 - Change the desired value. By default 57 Km / h 5 - Select - Threshold vel. To recomend. Road lights OFF 6 - Change the desired value. Default 27 Km / h Hi, I'm trying to make this Adaptation on my Seat Leon 1.4 TGI "face lift" but obdeleven does not ask me for Code (20103) when i enter module A5 and I 'm not able to find 3 - Select - speed p.asist activation. Beam and 5 - Select - Threshold vel. To recomend. Road lights OFF Are they moved to ohter modules? thank you and best regards Andrea please note this only works on 2016 cars, on 2017 and above these values are not in the A5 Module

superfelix2 do you have high beam assist already installed if not then this coding wont help you.
With regards to the code 20103 normally if you need it then when you go to save the change it will ask you for a code but as you have not yet made any changes that is why no code has been asked for. Further you dont always have to put in a code but most changes just show you code in case.

Cupra280 thank you I have what Seat call "light assist" in user manual. It turn on high beam over 57km/h and turn off under 27 or if there a vehicle in front or high beam is unnecessary.

I have the pre facelift car and my settings are as follows
Speed threshold for high beam recommendation off: 27 km/h Activation speed for high beam assistant: 57 km/h
I can see on the spanish sites that you can make changes on the 2016 cars but the 17 & 18 seem to have nothing showing for this function I am afraid.
If you look in the A5 Adaptions and see if you have anything with 27 and 57 as values then check out the names.
Sorry cant be more help

Managed to get rain closing working on my facelift:
Go to [09] Central Electronics Go to Secuity Access and enter 31347 Go to adaptation channels and set the following: - (15) Access Control 2 - Regenschliessen_ein aus (Rain Closing on / off) - Select Active - (16) Access Control 2 - Regenschliessen_art (Rain closing Type) set to Permanent - (28) Access Control 2 - Menuesteuerung Regenschliessen (Menu Control Rain close) – Set to Active (enables the menu in the ifotainment screen)
Then:
Go to [09] Central Electronics Subsystem - G397_RLFSS Enable Byte 0, Bits 1 & 2 My old value 00005D My new value 06005D

Well I don’t have the roof so afraid I can’t comment. Maybe there is another setting for roofs under convienence settings somewhere.

Hi, Is there a possibility to code guidance lines to rear view camera? There are static lines in camera view, is it possible to add there additional lines which are moving with steering wheel (just like for example ford focus have). There are lines which are moving with steering wheel but only in car animation, not in camera view. Or is this feature which must support camera itself? Thank you.

I have a 5F FL and put on brake pads without wear indicator. Have been looking everywhere in OBD11 now for how to turn off the warning light in the dashboard but found nothing. It seems to be part of the dashboard settings and not the brakes settings? It is not in adaptations and not anything defined in long coding. Can someone please help?

I've change so that im using the rear lights as indicators, on my pre facelifted seat leon m3 5f. I now have a question upon if there is anyway that i could possible change this back to using the normal indicators on the car menu? Like there is a option for turning DLR lights on and off on the car menu etc.. Or is there anyway to code that when enabling DRL on car menu, that it just changes my indicators? The thing is that i know that its not legal to drive with the rear lights as indicators were i live. Therefore it would be nice to have the option to change between the two type of indicators, if i were to spot a police car or just got turned over. Thanks in advance

mekjolle like you I have the rear lights set as indicators, i am not aware of any way to switch between the different settings other than using OBD11.
I have raised with dev team via the request section for them to build the facility so we can build our own apps (a sort of macro) for this very reason.
Must admit I had not thought about coding being tied into DRL settings I will have a play with that and see if there is anything I can find but for now afraid the answer is no.

cupra280 thanks for the anwser.
Looking forward to your little investigation, could be nice if playing with the DRL setting could do the trick. If its not possible i hope the dev team would take the time, and look into the facility you were talking about. This could really be a nifty feature for many things.
Thanks again. I hope we find a solution.

David not sure the Audi and Seat have the same setup so the coding may not work, also from memory on the Golf Threads the US Light Setup can be different to European one. I would suggest you try on the Audi thread.
