Hi. I used most of the finished OBDeleven apps for coding my 2008/2009 A5. After all was done, the car wouldn't start and the key was locked in the ignition. I Then coded everything back via the apps, but I still get these two errors:
(Kessy) Comfort system central control module: Fault code: 01330 Status:static
Central module comfort stystem: Control module faulty Fault code: 16366 Status: static
I also get a yellow key light when I turn the ignition on. It says: Ignition lock defective. Everything works normal. These DTC's wasn't there before I used the apps to code. I didn't code anything myself. So could there be something wrong with the coding in the apps?

Update: Car wont start at all. Cannot put on ignition either. I managed to borrow Vag-com and it seems that Control Module (46) is defective. It says CPU 2 internal malfunction. I just had the car transported to the local audi dealer who is going to try to update the control module, but most likely it will need to be replaced.

The control module is officialy dead. Audi tried reflashing it, but it's not working. The coding seems fine, but for some reason the module's CPU malfunctioned when I used my OBDeleven. Part number: 8K0907064AD. I'm now swapping to 8K0907064CQ as reccomended by Audi. They have never ever heard of this problem before though, and now we're two guys on the forums here with B8 Audi A4/A5 with the same issue. You guys might want to check the B8 apps for bugs or something. Or could it be that the obd device itself has a bug? I'm just thinking that it can't be random Just letting you guys know.

Hi, to everyone. First of all we apologize for this, but we do not have access to all available units to test it. This issue affect some control units so it is temporary removed from one click apps section. To fix this issue you will need to follow this steps: Go to Comfort control unit (46) > security access > enter 16017 > adaptation > channel 188 set new value as 1 > channel 190 set new value as 1021 > go back > security access 20971 > change diagnostic session to development > clear trouble codes

Thank you for posting a fix but I changed my module before I saw your post. So I can't try it on the old one either because now the keys and new module have recieved different coding from the Audi factory.

I am having same issue to the comfort module. However, your login code for Comfort Control Unit does not work. Have this been changed?

Hi, I have the same problem with coding through OBDeleven Tail Lights NAR to EU, I have changed the value from original to EU lights and this change damaged my komfort control unit (46) error code 16366. They charged me 100 credits and then I tried to code it back from EU to original value and nothing happened. This was charged again 100 credits which is 200 already (30€) for servise which I already paid for and it didn’t do what it should before and it damaged my control unit. On top of my board computer is visible yellow key which I cannot get rid of. Could you please help me out how to sort it out? New komfort control unit cost 500€. Thank you for any advice.
